Returns and Exchanges

At Wendy Luxe, we aim for your complete satisfaction with our products. Please note the following policies regarding returns and exchanges:

Refunds for Opened, Cut/Layered, or Custom Products: Due to the unique nature of our products, refunds for opened, cut/layered, or custom items are not permitted. All sales involving these items are considered final.

Shipping Responsibility: Customers are responsible for the shipping and handling costs of their return or exchange. For your peace of mind, we recommend using a tracked courier service for sending parcels, as we cannot assume liability for any lost items.

Eligibility for Exchanges:

  • All orders must be returned unopened, in their original packaging.
  • Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 14 days from the recorded receipt date.
  • Exchanges are available for products of equal value. In cases where the exchanged product holds a lesser value, customers will be provided store credit.
  • Returns or exchanges involving the removal of the seal holding the hair extension in place will not be accepted.                                 

Special Circumstances:

Customized or cut & layered products cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstance.

Heat-Free Curl Sets cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene reasons.

Cancellations:

Orders may be canceled if they have not yet been dispatched. To cancel an order, please contact us promptly via email at info@wendyluxe.com. To ensure successful cancellation, it's advisable to do this as soon as possible.
